Sexbolt Saturday: news you can use…or not.

How many reasons can you list as to why sex is good for you? Women’s Health came up with 18,  from the fact it aids weight loss (seems a 30 minute roll in the hay burns around 200 calories) and improves immunity (apparently having having sex once or twice a week can boost the immune system by up to 30 percent) to cancer prevention (more ejaculate = less chance of prostate cancer) to slowing aging. Plus it make you feel sooo good!

With so many health benefits, what are you waiting for? Why aren’t you getting busy in the bedroom? Well, according to Health.com there are a number of reasons why it might not be happening. Their list of 10 Reasons You’re Not Having Sex, ranging from the fact a bed cluttered with laptops, iPods, and TV remotes is simply does not encourage intimacy to reality that a ‘crazy busy life’ leaves not energy for spontaneous or even scheduled sex. But not to worry, along with their list of sexbusters is suggestions on how to fix it.

And in the fix it stakes, how about going green. In Sex It Up Eco-Friendly Style, The Green Girls offer fun suggestions ranging from vegan chocolate body paint and organic massage oil to Body Candy “Lickable” Massage Balm and eco-friendly toys, that might just be the thing to spice things up.

Ending on a humorous note, you have got to check out this Mental Floss post on 5 Innovative Ways to Encourage Safer Sex that features everything from condom trees to spray on protection. Creativity at it’s best.
